Biographie

Le groupe débuta en tant que projet solo de Phil McSorley, et portait à l'époque le nom Grimness Enshroud. Ce premier groupe sortit une démo. McSorley fut alors rejoint par Eric Wunder, et le groupe prit le nom Cobalt.
