Biographie
1992 : La première mouture d'Aborym se forme autour du bassiste/chanteur Malfeitor Fabban. A ses débuts, le groupe se fait la main sur des reprises de Celtic Frost, Darkthrone, Mayhem, etc.
1993 : Aborym réalise son unique démo intitulé "Worshipping Damned Souls" (limitée à 700 copies toutes vendues en un an). Malfeitor Fabban décide ensuite d'arrêter le groupe et participe ensuite à divers projets tels Funeral Oration pour lesquels il enregistre "Sursum Luna" en 1996.
1997 : Après avoir rencontré Seth Teitan, Malfeitor Faban reforme Aborym. En quelques mois à peine, la paire arrange les vieilles idées de Fabban, compose de nouvelles chansons et signe un contrat de deux albums avec Scarlet Records. En 1999 sort "Kali Yuga Bizarre" avec Yorga au chant, Nysrok à la guitare lead et Attila Csihar (Mayhem, Tormentor) en invité spécial.
1998 : Yorga quitte le groupe et Attila devient le chanteur permanent d'Aborym.
2001 : Sortie du deuxième album "Fire Walk With Us".
2002 : Aborym signe un contrat avec le label italien Code666. Bard "Faust" Eithun (ex-Emperor), R. Nattefrost (Carpathian Forest), Irrumator (Anaal Nathrakh) et Sasrof (Diabolicum) et sont invités à collaborer sur le nouvel album "With No Human Intervention".
2005 : Attila quitte le groupe pour cause de retour dans Mayhem. Son remplaçant n'est autre que Prime Evil (Mysticum), ce qui est très excitant pour le groupe, Mysticum étant une grande source d'inspiration. Faust rejoint également le groupe au poste de batteur. Seth Teitan décide quant à lui de quitter Aborym. Le groupe signe également un contrat de deux albums avec les français de Season Of Mist.
